Certain wellness programs may require evaluation by a medical provider.  If your wellness regimen includes such supplements or medicinals, you will receive instructions via email regarding scheduling a consultation. Following the consultation and provider approval, certain regimens may require a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.  In those instances, you will be provided a copy of your prescription. You have the choice to fill prescriptions at a local retail, compounding or mail order pharmacy as applicable by self forwarding it yo the pharmacy of your choosing.  Prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. 

Alternatively, you may authorize the provider to forward your prescription. Unless you indicate otherwise by email, by utilizing services, you authorize the provider to forward your prescription to a pharmacy affiliates for fulfillment. In some instances, the pharmacy affiliate may be a global affiliate (typically prescribed Brand medications). This consent includes the provider sharing necessary information with the affiliate to process and dispense your prescribed medication.  Unless other specific arrangements are made in writing, products from pharmacy affiliates will be shipped to shipping address you provided.  By agreeing with the terms of service, you are also verifying that any medications prescribed by a provider are for your own personal use. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the local laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that the products available are permitted in all jurisdictions.  

The importation of medications for personal use is regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). While the FDA generally prohibits the importation of drugs that have not been approved by the agency, there are certain circumstances under which personal importation may be allowed. These include:

1. The medication is for a serious condition for which effective treatment is not available in the United States.

2. There is no commercialization or promotion of the drug to U.S. residents.

3. The drug is considered not to represent an unreasonable risk.

4. The individual importing the drug verifies in writing that it is for their own use (generally not more than a three-month supply), provides the name and address of the U.S.-licensed doctor responsible for their treatment with the imported drug, or provides evidence that the product is for the continuation of a treatment begun in a foreign country.

5. The medication is shipped directly to the patient, their physician, or their pharmacy.
